            Was my order succesfull? Since I did not recieve a confirmation or an order number.

            If you have ordered more than 60 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation e-mail or an update in your account (as a Rounded member) we strongly recommend you
            to get in touch with our customer service by email or phone.

            This way we can check if the order has made it into our system and will be shipped out eventually.

            Note: if the order says that the payment has not been made while it is written off your account we also advise you to get in touch with the customer service so that we can fix it!
