            Can I delete a product on my order myself?

            Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a product by your self.  Although canceling, in general, is possible until the moment that the order has been shipped.

             If you found out that you did order a product too much, the wrong part or if you do not need the part anymore we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible through service@rounded.com or by phone.

            Note: There is one exception where you can cancel a product which you have ordered that is if the product has been on a waiting list for quite a while, then we will send you an e-mail with an option to wait or a button to cancel the order.
