            Can I delete a product on my order myself?

            Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a product by your self.  Although canceling, in general, is possible until the moment that the order has been shipped.

             If you found out that you did order a product too much, the wrong part or if you do not need the part anymore we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible through or by phone.

            Note: There is one exception where you can cancel a product which you have ordered that is if the product has been on a waiting list for quite a while, then we will send you an e-mail with an option to wait or a button to cancel the order.
