When do I recieve a track and trace code?
As soon as your order is ready and all the products have been picked by our logistics department you will receive an e-mail saying that your order is complete and will be shipped out today!
If you selected UPS Express/ DHL Express/ DHL Global mail+ or Global pack extended+tracking available you will receive a second e-mail when the order has been picked up by the carrier.
In this e-mail, we provide you with the tracking number and the tracking website so that you can follow every step of the way of the package!
Note: when you receive the track and trace mail it can take a few hours before the track and trace code will be fully online. If this takes longer please contact our customer service who are happy to help you
